Deiss PRO Zester & Cheese Grater

Are you too impatient to mince ingredients and want to get the job done faster? I'm Megan with WTI and that is definitely me most of the time. So thankfully I have this Deiss Zester and Grater. It is so sharp, which makes it very efficient and super fast. I think it's very durable and sturdy. It has not been getting dull, even though I repeatedly use it. I have had similar zesters in the past, and I've noticed that they just mash the ingredients and they don't really grade it, but this one gets every single little bit graded. It is so well designed. The handle is a perfect size. I love that it has some rubberized texture to it, so it's really comfortable to hold and to control. I love the included cover for storing it. This not only helps me to keep the grater sharp, but it also protects my fingers while I'm rooting around in the drawer. This Deiss Grater has made my ingredient prep so much faster and easier. But that's just my point of view.
