Our Point of View on da Vinci Watercolor Silverpoint Brushes From Amazon

Hey, I'm Deanna with WTI and I am so excited to share with you this absolutely gorgeous watercolor brush from Da Vinci. This is Da Vinci's Silver Point watercolor brush. This brush is so beautiful. The handle of the brush is a Kevany wood which is a nice dark wood with beautiful grain in it. The quill of the brush is wrapped in copper so you won't have any issues with resting over time. Here is your silver point on the back which allows you to do sketching and the hairs of this brush. This brush is a Blue Russian Squirrel and it's absolutely a dream to work with. You get a nice point on the brush too but squirrel brushes are mainly used as like a mop brush so they hold tons of water. Let's talk about the specs of this. The brush itself at the widest point is about a half an inch or 12 meters and the length of the brush is six and three quarters or 17 centimeters. What I love is how it feels in my hand. It's thin right here where you hold it but then gets a little wider and it fits my hand absolutely perfect. I think this would make a wonderful gift for an artist or for yourself. I love how much water this quill brush holds and it's a dream to use and that's my point of view.
