It is a must if you frequently make salads. It makes your life so much easier. Literally what I was doing before is rinsing my lettuce and then like dabbing it with a paper towel. Please don't do that. He will save so many minutes on your life getting one of these. The amount of water that you get off of the lettuce just by spinning it is awesome. It works super well. One of the things I like too is that it's two bowls in one. So when I make a salad, I actually remove this and then I'll just serve my salad right in this bowl. So you're only getting one dish dirty.
