Hi Cheryl here with Wet Tools Inside. I wanted to talk to you today about my Company's Coming cookbooks by Jean Perret. So I started to collect these books way back. As early as, according to the one on squares here, my inscription written in says 1990. So I've been collecting these books for a long time. And I do have quite a collection of them. Although there are still way more that I could purchase. I really love them. The reason I like them so much is that they're quick and easy recipes. They are made from ingredients that you will already have in your house. I always find that they're, you know, I have the stuff already in my fridge and cupboards. I don't have to go out and purchase extra stuff to make these recipes because they're made simple. Which I really like. Another nice feature about the books is that they have a lot of pictures throughout. Which is nice because then you know what your recipe is supposed to look like when you're done. And opposite the page in the square here, it shows you the name of the recipe and the page that it can be found on. So that's a well designed book. She has that throughout her book. Like several illustrations as you go along. You'll find many of the recipes have a picture that go with it. So that's really nice. I find sometimes I still search online for recipes. But if you're like me, I like to see my recipe on paper. I find it much easier to follow. And I always go back to these companies coming cookbooks. Because they're tried and true recipes that I've, I have little writing even on many of the pages of how wonderful each of these recipes are. So I am always coming back to these books. The other nice feature is in the back of the book. So let's grab the one here on cookies as an example. So the index at the back tells you all the pages to find the recipes on. But let's say you have an ingredient like peanut butter. And you want to make some cookies but don't know what kind you want to make. Just look up peanut butter and you'll have an entire list of all the different ones that can be made with peanut butter. And you can do that with pretty much any of the main ingredient of a dish. So I really love that feature. These would make an awesome set for your kids moving out or really for anybody that you know that loves to cook. I love these books because they're so simple. I highly recommend them and that is my point of view.
