Hi, it's Gina from WTI. There's very few things in life that I love more than eating. And I love eating with friends, especially bread and cheese and little goodies. And that's why I love the charcuterie board from ChefSofi. I have gotten so many compliments on it. The acacia wood is just stunning and you get different veins of dark wood, lighter wood, and it's just beautiful. Definitely a centerpiece and a talking point. I think it's so cool the way that they have the knives set stored. It's like a little surprise. You just pivot the main board over and then the knives and little pronged fork are stored inside the board itself. We loved using the utensil set for hard and soft cheese. The pronged fork was perfect for skewering olives or artichoke hearts or little gherkins, whatever little tidbits that you want to put on it. It's a 13 inch round board and I wasn't sure exactly how much it would fit. It seemed a little bit small, but when I started putting things on it, I couldn't believe how much it held. I was able to put a couple of different types of bread and crackers on it, lots of meat and cheese. And then of course, having the four dishes, the ceramic bowls at the top was perfect for nuts and putting jam in it or different little pickled dishes. You can tell this is a quality board. The wood, the dishes and the utensils are all heavy duty stainless steel. They wash up and polish up really nicely. And I know it's going to last me a long time for all of my dinner parties. This board is so elegant and beautiful. It makes a perfect accent or addition to your entertainment set. Your friends are going to want one once they see that you have it. I definitely recommend this chef Sophie charcuterie set and that's my point of view.
