Hi, I'm Bryn from WTI and if you are looking for the perfect baking sheet then I think you will love this one just as much as I do. It's from Checkered Chef. It's the pan and rack set. So I like using them together to keep the food out of the juice if you want to be nice and crispy like wings. Wings turn out really great on this. They're both dishwasher safe which is amazing and they're also both the rack and pan are both oven safe up to 500 degrees Fahrenheit. So that's really nice if you're going to be broiling in the oven. Some pans can't take that kind of heat. So it's working out great for me. I love this pan. It's very heavy duty. It doesn't have any harmful coatings on it. So I'm going to go ahead and make supper and I'll show you how it turns out. So this is one of the things that I like to use the pan for. This is chicken with the skin on. With the skin I like it to be nice and crispy. I don't like gooey skin. So this pan is perfect for this. Anything wrapped in bacon it's perfect for. You can use the rack for a cooling rack. So bake cookies in the sheet and then use the rack to cool them afterward. But it's really really great. I'm still going to use the juice. I'm going to make a nice gravy tonight with this chicken. But I really like the way this pan works. So I'm very much enjoying it and I think you will too. And that's my point of view.
