Hey everybody, it's Brooke with WTI. I've always had a ton of issues with my feet and I really neglect foot care of all of the self care. So I really never know what I'm doing. So all you have to do is put a very small amount of this gel on your feet at night and in the morning whether you have a shower or just soak your feet to rinse it off, you put a little bit of liquid soap on the scrubber, use the scrubbing side and then rinse and follow with the buffing side.
