Boxing Reflex Ball for Adults and Kids

Hi everyone, my name is Shana from WTI. I wanted to tell you about this fun boxing reflex balls from Boxer Point. This kit comes with everything you need to get started. It does come with four balls, foot strings attached, extra strings, head wrap, hand wraps and carrying bag. This setup is extremely easy. All you need to do is cut the string from whatever balls you're going to use to your arm's length and secure the string to the head wrap. And of course you can do this without using hand wraps, but having the hand wraps really elevates the experience. The hand wraps are a good length and really easy to wrap your hands. So there are three different colored balls that have different degrees of difficulty. And I would say that the black ball is the easiest, then the blue, then the red with the black string, and then the red with the white string being the hardest. And I love that I can take this kit on the go and practice forever. So I love to box and I mostly do shadow boxing and bag work. Not so much with a coach and I love to do it often. And so I thought I would be a natural, but of course with anything new there is a learning curve. So this kit from Boxer Point helped me to see that my hand-eye coordination was off, my reflexes were off, and it's helping me to improve in that as well as my speed. And I'm looking forward to practicing more and getting better. And that's my point of view.
