Our Point Of View On BODUM 11381-01US Bistro 700W 7-Speed Tilt-Head Stand Mixer

Hey, it's Kate with WTI and I wanted to tell you about my Bodum stand up mixer. So I have had this mixer for at least five years, but it could have been longer. I can't really remember, but I've had it for a very long time. I use it very regularly. I am not a daily baker, but I definitely pull it out a few times a month. Um, I like to use it to start my doughs for pizza or bread. Muffins is what I made today, but any kind of baking, I'm always turning to this machine. It's so easy to use, easy to clean up, no effort whatsoever. And it makes my life a lot easier. So it does come with your paddle, the dough hook and a whisk and also a shield for the top. I've misplaced my shield. I've misplaced my dough hook. But the others are still intact because I've had it for so long, but it still works incredible. It has a very powerful motor. So this thing can really mix your stuff. If you're making anything whipped with the whisk, um, you will get a lot of speed and it's going to do an excellent job. It comes with a five quart stainless steel bowl with a handle. I love that it has the handle and makes it much easier to handle. Mine obviously looks worn. Um, it looks a little dirty. It's old. Okay. But, um, I promise you it works very, very well. I'm really pleased with it. Um, and that's my point of view.
