And I'll add my powder, my whisk, put on my lid and then shake, shake, shake. And I made sure that it is on lock and then just shake it up with the little whisk in there. And it'll keep this cold. I'll add a little bit of ice after this and it'll keep this cold for hours, honestly. So it's especially great if you need to insulate your drink. And that's my point of view.
