Hi, this is Christina with WTI and I want to share with you why I love my Bissell steam mop. One reason I switched to a steam mop is because I just thought it was kind of gross when you mop your floor and the mop head just gets used over and over and over and there's no way of getting it clean other than like hand washing it.
