Hi, I'm Katie with WTI. And if you're used to thinking of gluten-free as being stiff as a board or super dense, then you probably never tried this quick's gluten-free pancake and baking mix. I have been using this mix for years because me and my kids were gluten-free. And we love pancakes. It took a long time to find a brand that had great flavor, great consistency, and was not stiff as a board. Check out these pancakes that my kids and I just made it this morning. Look how floppy they are. They don't stick out straight. They're not cardboard. They're nice and fluffy. They cut well with a fork. And they taste really good too. They're not overly sweet to hide the flavor of gluten-free flowers. And they don't have that kind of bitter taste that's also associated with a lot of gluten-free items. We love this Bisquick pancake mix so much that my kids literally just came in here and ate the whole plate full of pancakes before I could finish this video.
