I'm with WTI and I'm going to show you what I use for lifting and it's the Beast Gear lifting straps. What I like about this lifting strap is the design. I've found these straps very very helpful, especially because it doesn't hurt my wrist and it helps me with joint stability. This is how I use the lifting straps just passing the long part through the opening. They're making sure it's very tight on my wrist and then when I pass them around the dumbbells I have to make sure that the red array is the one that I'm touching because that is going to prevent the dumbbell from slipping when I'm working out. Another thing that I would like to mention about these lifting straps is that they come padded. You can see it comes with this pad which really helps to prevent it from hurting your wrist and you'll be using these. Doing lifting I really recommend you to try it but that's just my point of view.
