They're for the ball of your foot and they have a sticky portion right here that comes off and they simply slide right into your shoes, your heels, whatever you want to use them on. Let me show you how I use them. Super easy. Just wipe the inside of your shoes with the wipe that they provide you. Make sure they're really clean in there so it adheres well. And then you peel off that plastic backing and you just go ahead and put it in your shoe. I really like these because they're so soft and they're invisible. No one will be able to see that you have them on. They prevent blisters and I haven't had a problem them fitting in any of my shoes. They're also slip resistant and you can reuse them again. So if you have to take them out, you did it wrong, you simply take them off. This makes wearing my shoes so much more comfortable and they're very durable. They will not wear out on you. So if you're looking to make your life a little bit more comfortable even in this small measure of your feet, then definitely get these. You won't be disappointed and your feet will be much happier.
