They're so easy to place in any shoe. And because they're removable and reusable, you can stick them with the adhesive where you want them. But then you can peel them off and use them on a different shoe. I have found them to really save the back of my heel from blisters, especially in shoes that I don't wear often. I really recommend these inserts. They work with literally any shoe. If you feel like the shoe is just a little bit too large for you, it helps with that. And it also is a shock absorber and blister protector when it comes to that back section on the heel. That is where I always get blisters or sores on the back of my foot, especially when the seasons change and I go back to wearing my sandals. So I really recommend these heel inserts.
