Our Point of View on 101 Asian Dishes Cookbook

Hi, my name is Stacy with WTI and I'm really super excited that I came across a copy of Jet Teal's book, 101 Asian Dishes That You Need to Cook Before You Die. I really, really love him from TV, so I was really excited to come across one of his books and to try some of the recipes that have influenced him in his culture and his life. I really like the book because the pages are nice and big. The ingredients have not been intimidating. I've been able to find most of them locally and whatever I couldn't, I was able to order online from any website that has that kind of stuff. And we've tried about 10 or 15 of the recipes in the book and found all of them to be really, really good and tasty. Almost to the point where I'm at the point I don't really need to order Chinese food out, I'd rather just make it on my own at home. So I think that you would enjoy it as well. It has some really good full page pictures that were really helpful when I was cooking so that I could feel like I can present this and make it look just like the book. So really enjoying this book and looking forward to trying some more recipes from it. And that is my point of view.
