So this is for daily care and I really think that it is important if you have allergies or colds or anything to keep your nose moisturized, clean it out of all the nastiness. This is just really a good product to have and invest in. So my family has already had their little typical colds so far and I actually never, I always make them neti pot but this time I gave this to my husband and he uses daily and it just helped moisturize his nose. It helped with his dry throat and everything. Can you see that? I don't know that you can see it. I am spraying it. It's got a very light spray but yet it lasts for a pretty long time. So there's a couple of ways you can use it. You could just spray it to moisturize your nose or you can keep it in there a little bit longer so that it comes out the other side which is just flushing anything that's in your nose that is irritating. So we really like this. I highly recommend it and that is my point of view.
