Anmarko Dough Cutter

Hey there, it's Vega with WTI and I have recently gotten into a real bread baking kick. Something that I've noticed is that often dough can have a mind of its own, so having this Anmarko dough cutter has given me so much more control. It is of extremely great quality and so well made. I really love the look of the wooden handle, but I was a little bit concerned because sometimes wooden handles can be a little bit wobbly when they're not attached well. I was so happy to notice that that is not the case whatsoever with this dough cutter. The wooden handle is installed so solidly. It really doesn't budge. The measurements that are printed directly on the metal have been so helpful to me. This feature has definitely helped me to cut the most evenly sized cinnamon rolls I think I have ever made. I found it to cut through every kind of dough so easily. This has been really important to me when making bagels and dinner rolls, so now I can keep them all uniformly sized. This dough cutter has been so handy for me to have for all of my bread baking projects and I feel like I've gotten such better results from using it, but that's just my point of view.
