This has made for perfect evenings with my friends and family, but even when I'm by myself, I love drizzling this full-bodied and rich California extra virgin olive oil on my salads and other things. I'll often follow that with this 18 year old aged balsamic vinegar from Modana. It has a really beautiful viscosity to it and it's not overly sweet because you just the right amount of tartness and sweetness to really lighten up your taste buds. I've enjoyed putting it on my salads along with the olive oil or drizzling it over ice cream or even on popcorn. If you haven't tried that yet, you really need to. And to top everything off, an awesome martini with this dirty martini juice. Now I'm someone who normally just basically empties the olive jar into my martini, but now I don't have to and I have this really gourmet simple olive juice to add to my martinis for that perfect taste. You will enjoy absolutely every drop of these three bottles. They also come really beautifully packaged and would make an amazing gift for someone. I highly recommend the dinner party pack from Ancient Olive Trees and that's my point of view.
