Our Point of View on Anchor Hocking Square Baking Dishes

Hi, it's Kirsten from WTI. I'm just about to make an apple crisp in my Anchor Square glass baking dish. So this is my go-to baking dish mostly for baking, baking cake, baking apple crumble, baking brownies, but I also use it to make casseroles, to make chicken dishes. It's just such a versatile dish. I love it. It's also highly heat resistant up 125 degrees Fahrenheit, which is great. And it's just very easy to use the nice handles, make it easy to come in and come out of the oven. And it washes really, really well. It doesn't leave any stains that other glass dishes use. So follow along as I make my apple crisp. Okay, I'm ready with my apples. I'm just going to put them into the bottom of the baking dish like so. They already smell so good. And there we go. And then with my creamer on the top. Okay, so I'm just going to break this up and throw it into the oven for about 30 minutes. And I'll show you how it looks when it comes out. So my apple crisp just came out of the oven. It looks perfect. You can hear it sizzling. Honestly, this anchor baking dish is awesome. My food always consistently comes out really good, cooked, even cooked well. So I know you'll love this baking dish as much as I do. And that's my point of view.
