Just whatever you feel comfortable with, the material is also really nice and soft. This is the Heather Gray color. It's not too loose, not too baggy. I think for me, it's a perfect fit. You'll feel really, really comfortable. It's not super thick material either. That's why I like to wear it all the time when I want to be comfortable. Okay, and so for these reasons, if you're thinking of ordering yourself a shirt, I think this should be the one. And that's my point of view.
