Our Point of View on The Wide Window Book From Amazon

Hey, this is Nicole with WTI, and today I would like to show you The Wide Window by Lemony Snicket. This is the third installment in the series of Unfortunate Events, which is one of my all-time favorite book series. In this installment, the bottle-air orphans find themselves kicked to the house of another relative that they don't actually know named Aunt Josephine. Now, Aunt Josephine is afraid of a lot of things. She is afraid of ovens and buttons, so they can only eat chilled soups and salads. She's afraid of bad grammar, so they have to speak in perfectly grammatically correct sentences all the time. And she lives on this big, creepy house that's about to topple into the lake below named Lake Lacrimos, but she's so afraid of realtors that she can't put the house up for sale, even though she's terrified of living that close to the lake. So, Aunt Josephine clearly has some problems, but her biggest problem is when she falls in love with a man named Captain Sham, who of course turns out to be Count Olaf in disguise. The bottle-air orphans manage to use their grammar knowledge and resourcefulness to make it to the next book in the series, as always, but this story is full of hilarious and great literary content that I know you'll appreciate whether you're a kid or an adult who loves to read, and that's my point of view.
