Amazon Basics Exercise Yoga Mats

Hey guys, I'm Mateo with WTI and this is the Amazon Basics Exercise Mat. I have recently started making some purchases so I can work out at home and this is one of my favorites. It is so versatile I can use it practically for any workout from burpees to snatches. It is pretty stable when I'm working out so even if I'm moving a lot the mat does not move with me. It stays in the same spot. I like that the material is extra thick which is great for any type of surface either soft or hard. It is super comfortable to lay on or sit on especially when I'm doing planks. My elbows feel very comfortable. Overall the material of the mat is excellent. I think it's very durable and stable. It comes with a strap which makes it very convenient for storage and for carrying around as well. And that is my point of view.
