Our Point of View on ALEADER Women's Running Shoes From Amazon

Hello, it's Alisha with WTI and if you are like me and you prefer to work out barefoot, you know that that is not always possible. That is where barefoot or minimalist shoes come into play and I have found an awesome pair. This is from Aleder and these are the minimalist trail running shoes for women and this is the dark gray and aqua color which is really pretty. They look really cool. Tons of great features about these shoes. You can see that this is shaped like a foot. So it has a nice wide toe box. It does not get narrow at the toe and you can see that it lays nice and flat. So this allows your foot to be in its natural position. So it helps to strengthen your feet and your feet are not relying on artificial support. They're working the way that they should. It's got a really nice grippy rubber sole. The fabric is this mesh fabric so it's super breathable. You can see that these are incredibly flexible. So really you are not hindered by these shoes at all. So they have a little bit of cushioning. It's not like there's nothing there at all but there is a zero drop so you don't have that height difference between your toe and your heel. So you just get a really nice natural feel to the shoes. So you can actually tighten them here with this cord. I love any shoe that I don't have to tie. So that's great. It has this little pull tab on the back so it's really easy to get it off and on. These shoes are great for so many different activities. Running, hiking, even just travel because they are so lightweight and they're machine washable and so comfortable. If you are looking for a barefoot or minimalist shoe then definitely check these out from Aleder. They're awesome. I seriously love them and that's my point of view.
