I usually rub it just in my hands like this and then I'll smell it and inhale it just like that and I can already feel the wonderful vibes that I'm getting from this oil. Just the aroma is wonderful. It's delicious. So if you're wanting to purchase an essential oil that not only helps you with more positivity, more relaxation, but also smells wonderful and you can use it around your home, I would recommend this one here.
