It's not going anywhere. With this crazy Texas weather, we could have high winds tomorrow, but it still stayed right where it's supposed to be. It comes with two hooks in the top. It comes with a suet feeder or suet cage, rather. The mesh feeder, the mesh tray, and a water container. There's additional hooks and as you can see I bought an additional suet holder because the birds love it. So it's easy installation. You just put it together and you can put it where you want as far as where you want the mesh tray or the hooks. So find what works for your family.
