They're so nice when you're taking a foot bath to massage your feet on those. It gives you nice little massage. I like the size. So if you look at it compared to a soda can, do you see how tall that is? It's nice and tall so it covers your beads. I really like how durable and sturdy it is. Okay, I'm not that strong but it still it doesn't do anything. I like this lightweight. I like the hole there. So if you have a hanger in your shower you can hook it there as it dries so it doesn't collect mildew or mold. I have about a size nine and a half foot and there is plenty of room for my feet. And I just have recently found how beneficial Epsom salt baths are to relieve pain. I've had some plantar fasciitis and the Epsom salt baths have really helped my feet and make me feel better. I just am really happy with this and I think you will be too and that's my point of view.
