Hi, my name is Stacy with WTI and today I wanted to show you these weighted fitness balls. Now this is by Yes4All and they are 2 pounds each. They have a kind of, must be some kind of sand inside, but they're great if you want something different other than using traditional dumbbells. I really like them. They're very easy to work with and love them for arm work and I even incorporate them sometimes in my leg work for a little extra weight. One thing that I love using these for is when I'm on the floor doing some exercise. I find that for overhead work these are really good. They're right into the palm of my hand, very easy to grip and I'm really happy that I decided to finally get some because they're just a nice alternative as I mentioned to using dumbbells. Sometimes you just need to change it up and get some exercise in another way. The weight for the 2 pounds each is perfect for me for what I was looking for, for some nice overall toning from exercise. So, really like these weighted balls for fitness. Use them all the time and that is my point of view.
