I'm Ty with WTI and these are the XCLOHAS Mini Loop Resistance Bands. I purchased the color black and each band measures 12 inches long and 2 inches wide. So let me give you a close-up on what the material looks like. So it's just a rubber material. It comes in five different strengths. So you get a extra heavy, heavy, medium, light and extra light. So I also like that it comes in this carrying case which makes it easy to pack. So if you're going to a hotel or on a trip you can just throw this carrying case in your luggage and they are really easy to use. I haven't used the extra heavy and the heavy ones yet because I'm not there yet. But this is the extra light one and it's just really simple to use. And if you look up videos online you can find out other different ways that you can use these for your strength training. So I love using these. I would highly recommend them and that's my point of view.
