I get so tired of having a stability ball in my exercise room and it goes everywhere. It never wants to stay in a corner, it falls down, it rolls away. So I absolutely love this one. It comes with the pump or you can go ahead and use your compressor like I did. But one thing that I love about this the most is that it comes with this stand. So you put the ball on it and two purposes that are awesome. For one thing, it holds the ball in place. So you go ahead and place it right on there. It will never roll away on you again. It also comes with these tension cords that are on the sides that you can do tons of different workouts with. So you can sit on the ball, you can come down flat over it, you can have your legs on top and you can use these tension bands along with it for your exercise. It comes with a complete guide, all the different exercises and ideas of how you can use it, as well as a whole pack of stretchy loop bands. So this is a super awesome kit for someone that's looking to get started with some home fitness. The stretchy bands even come with a guide as well. I love this set from Wizemax. This is a great ball. It's well made. I love this pop of color and I especially love the tube that you blow up and the tension bands that you can use with it with the ball and that's my point of view.
