All the instructions are included with the kit and it's just so easy to use. The only thing the smoker kit does not come with is the butane. I definitely recommend making sure that you buy butane that specifically for torches, lighters, etc. Because when we first purchased butane that was just for camping stoves, it was a little bit of a disaster. But once we got the correct butane, it was easy peasy to fill the torch. This kit even comes with a few recipes. I tried the unorthodox old fashioned and my goodness did it ever taste good. I even used just the torch only to melt the top of my hot chocolate that had marshmallows in it and just made it a little bit more special for guests.
