Hi, I'm Jazmyn with WTI and today we're going to make some fried rice using my new wok from Willow & Everett. I love this pan so, so much. I love that it's made of stainless steel. It's great quality. It's nonstick but without the harmful chemicals that might get into your food. It also comes with a lid which is so nice and it also comes with a spatula that you can use which is so convenient. Let me show you how easy it is to make some fried rice in this wok. You're going to want to add about two eggs to your butter, scramble them and put them in a separate plate. Then you're going to want to put some more butter in there and saute garlic with onions, peas and carrots. Add some salt and pepper. Saute them for a while. Add more butter. Then you're going to want to add some day-old rice. After that some scallions and you're going to let it saute for a bit. Then you're going to add some soy sauce. Mix it up. Add back your scrambled eggs and some sesame oil and that's it. Some delicious fried rice. I'm so happy with the quality of this wok. I'm glad I get to add it to my collection of pots and pans and that is my point of view.
