And I like this brand very much because I feel like it's very very consistent and I also use the Wella hair dyes that match up with it. The 30 volume, I'm really impressed because I've used it for a lot of highlights in my hair and I would say it's minimally damaging. So I've been doing a good job I think following the instructions and not leaving it on for too long and it's been really really good. I do feel like it's very consistent so whenever I touch up my highlights I know exactly how long to leave it on and it's the same every single time, there's no surprises.
