Our Point of View on Webber Naturals Melatonin Tablets From Amazon

Hey guys, Rachel here with WTI and this is a Webber's Natural Melatonin. Now when I'm traveling between time zones and I get back home, I often have a hard time adjusting back to my normal time zone and my normal bedtime. I find it difficult. So what I'll do is use the melatonin. It's five milligrams and I find that the melatonin helps to make me feel sleepy at the correct time that I need to go to bed at and it helps me stay asleep. So I'll use this just to help me get back onto correct sleeping schedule. And that's exactly what it mentions here. It helps to correct the sleep-wake cycle. Now this is a great deal because there are 300 tablets in here. If you have a hard time swallowing pills, then these will be perfect for you. So compared to a normal sized vitamin C that I would swallow these tiny little melatonin pills, you're going to put that right under your tongue. So I would take one small little melatonin and I would put it underneath my tongue, maybe half an hour or an hour before I want to go to bed and they even taste like mint. So they're really easy to take. Because they dissolve so quickly under my tongue, I feel they start working really quickly and definitely help to reset that wake-sleep cycle. I think it's a really great product, but that's my point of view.
