VFD Freeze Dried Strawberry Slices

Hey there, it's Megan with WTI and I live in a place where fresh strawberries are not always easy to come by. But I can add punchy strawberry flavor to anything now thanks to these VFD freeze dried strawberries. These strawberries have so much flavor. They give me the exact same burst of tart sweet flavor in my mouth as a fresh strawberry. I think getting all that incredible strawberry flavor in a dried format has many advantages. One obvious one being the fact that they are going to last a much longer time than fresh strawberries. I really like the fact that I can add these strawberries to recipes without adding extra moisture. Do I want strawberry flavor in my crispy rice treats? You bet I do. But do I want extra moisture in them making them soggy and gross? No, thank you. That's where these freeze dried strawberries were perfect. I chopped them up and added them into my favorite crispy rice treat recipe and they were a huge hit at the beach get together that I took them to. These were also a really great addition to my feta cheese omelet. Again, there's already a lot of moisture coming from the eggs, the feta, and the spinach. So the addition of these dried strawberries was just right. From now on cereal companies no longer get to decide how many dried strawberries are going to be in my bowl of cereal. Thanks to these freeze dried strawberries it's now all up to me baby and that's my point of view.
