In addition to that, the supplement includes cinnamon, cayenne pepper, turmeric and milk thistle. Instead of taking each of these individually, I find it extremely convenient to have all of these ingredients in just one capsule which I love. All these ingredients are natural and there is plenty of research on the things they help support which is further shown in the bottles label. You can take 2 capsules a day and the bottle has 120 capsules so this bottle lasts me around 2 months. I especially love that this supplement is dairy free, sugar free, artificial filter free, non-gmo, vegan friendly, I mean what else could one ask for? And that's my point of view.
