VermiHut Plus 5-Tray Worm Compost Bin

Hi, I'm Katie with WTI and I've got worms. This is my worm composting bin from Vermitec and I really have been enjoying using this. I've only had it for a few weeks now but so far my worms seem to be fat and sassy. Now you would think that taking care of worms, having your own worm farm would be simple and easy, not anything to think twice about. Well you're right, it is simple and easy but you definitely need to put some thought into it. And there is an easy to follow instruction manual that comes with this. It has a lot of really useful information about making sure you find the right balance of bedding and food for your worms, how often to feed them, which foods are appropriate for worms and which foods are not appropriate for worms. Did you know that they are picky eaters? Well they are. And they are also a little bit picky when it comes to temperature which is why my worm hut is currently inside the house. You don't have to keep it inside the house all year round but we're about a month into spring and we've had some snow and we've had some frost so I brought it inside and I've been keeping it in here to keep it nice and warm and safe. I do have a dog and two cats that are all very curious and I haven't had any problems with them trying to mess with the worm hut. It's a really complete set that's easy to figure out, easy to use and it's really been fun for me and for the kids to have worms in the house. I love being a worm farmer, it's been one of the easiest jobs that I've ever had thanks to this worm hut by Vermitec and that's my point of view.
