Hi, I'm Amber with WTI and this light here is such a lifesaver. So this is a sad light. So this is for people with sad disorder. It mimics the sun's natural light outside. So what's really neat about this design is that it's super compact. It has two different light settings to go from regular daylight from the sun and then LED lighting. And then it has three different settings as well. What's really neat about this because it's the size of a tablet. It has a little stand that it's on. It plugs in for its power source and you can easily take it on the go and travel with you because it's so small. All the other sad lights that I've used before are giant, take up so much space. This is nice because you can just fold it away, put it away and not have to worry about it. I use it in the morning while I am reading or drinking my coffee or tea and just sit in front of it for 20 minutes and it makes such a difference in the day. I have so much more energy. I'm more focused. I have more mental clarity. So I am a really big fan of this light and that is my point of view.
