Hi, it's Lisa from WTI and I wanted to share with you a product that I just got that I really, really enjoy and it is this Quinoa from TRUROOTS, this company. And I do like Quinoa a lot and I always look for different companies to see which one I like best because sometimes Quinoa can be a little bitter. This was delicious. So I got it from Amazon and I looked at the reviews and this one was highly rated and I see why it was really, really good. One tip that I found when cooking Quinoa and this company did recommend that is to rinse it really, really well. And then I cooked wine in some chicken stock, but you can use vegetable stock if you're a vegetarian. So it was delicious, very easy to make. This is one of my preferred companies and I'll be ordering from Amazon again. So that's my review and that's my point of view.
