So I am a new sourdough bread baker, and this kit was the perfect thing for me because I didn't really know what I needed and it comes with everything. So what you get is the Benetton Proving Baskets, which give you that very classic sourdough shape. And they are also awesome because it allows airflow and it is moisture wicking. So when you put your bread in these rattan baskets, it helps to give you that delicious, crispy crust that we all love. This kit is loaded with top quality tools that are going to get you on your way to making your bread. So it has everything you need, including the two baskets, liners, two different dough scrapers, a metal and a plastic, a dough whisk, the bread lane for scoring your bread, a brush for cleaning out the baskets, the silicone mats, stencils, the list goes on and on. It is just really a super complete set. There's also a QR code included that takes you to instructions on the care of your baskets, as well as some tips and tricks on making sourdough. This was super helpful for me being a new bread baker. And I was just really impressed with how clear and easy to follow everything was. These baskets were awesome. And I have had a few successful lows. They did not stick to the baskets. And I was able to achieve that classic spiral look to the lumps as well. So I am really impressed with this kit. It has everything you could possibly need to get started, easy to follow instructions, and really high quality tools that will make your bread making journey that much better.
