Hey guys, Jenny here from WTI. Today what I wanted to share with you are these amazing tea bags by Traditional Medicinals. It's the Mother's Milk Tea. These are amazing. When I was breastfeeding my twins and I was having some issues and I needed some milk to come in a lot quicker, I went to buying these and I started drinking it like crazy. And trust me when I tell you this stuff works. Fennel is very important if you are looking to increase your milk supply and that is one of the number one ingredients in this. So this has fennel and fenugreek in it. This is what the tea bag looks like. It smells amazing too I have to tell you. So it's not something disgusting that you have to drink. It tastes delicious. So you just literally put that in the water and drink away and just let the milk come. Definitely recommend this for all you breastfeeding moms out there. But that's just my point of view.
