Transcript
Hey guys, Rachel here with WTI. I was just about to make myself a nighttime tea and this is the nighty night extra. So it has valerian root in it and it really is helpful if you've had maybe a little bit of disturbed sleep lately. I would highly recommend this. I've been traveling a lot lately and in different time zones and I feel like my sleep is not completely on pattern of how it should be. So what I'll do is I'll just take this for a few nights and I find it really just helps to get my sleep back on track. It has excellent herbs in it that are known to help promote an excellent restful sleep. For instance, it has lemon balm, passion flower, and on the front it mentions it also has valerian root. Now it has a really nice, I guess I would say an earthy, minty flavor. You can see the tea bag here. It's pretty nice and full with the herbs. So it recommends that I just pour about eight ounces of hot water into it. So I'm going to do that and the instructions actually say to steep it for about 15 minutes. This is going to be a nice strong, effective tea and it can test for extra benefit to squeeze out the tea bags when getting all that good nuts. So if you're looking for a nighttime tea, maybe to assist with sleeping, maybe you've been traveling and your sleep's been thrown off, I would highly recommend looking into the nighty night extra tea. I think it's a great tea but that's just my claim of view.
