This is Zach with WTI and this is the Trader Joe's organic powdered cane sugar. It comes in a one pound bag and you get a two pack. This is a very great product especially if you love baking. This can come in so handy for so many things like making cookies or banana bread maybe you can see the consistency there. The powdery way that it comes out. It's also very good tasting if you just like to have like powder on top of any kind of bakery items you may have. It has a very sweet taste to it. Just a really great easy to use product overall and you get a good amount of the product when you use it when you buy this. So we found it to be just a really reliable product in terms of making when we bake it always comes out very well. We've enjoyed using this product quite a bit. And that's my point of view.
