Our Point of View on Trader Joe's Elote Seasoning Blend From Amazon

Hi, it's Kirsten from WTI. I'm just about to make my favorite chicken recipe using Trader Joe's Everything But The Olote Seasoning Blend. This seasoning blend is incredible. Obviously it's really good on Mexican street corn, but it's also super versatile. You can use it on roasted potatoes, tacos, any meat. I personally like to use it on chicken fingers. So the ingredients in this seasoning blend is chipotle powder, chili powder, cumin, parmesan cheese. It's not too spicy, don't worry. So what I do for my chicken tenders, I just put a very generous amount of the seasoning blend. And you can see the consistency is just like a normal powder. Give it a good mix, make sure all the chicken is coated. Pop them in your air fryer and then I'll show you the final result when they're done. Look how delicious these chicken fingers look. So good. You can serve it along with a little side of mayo like I do for dipping or just on your own. Trust me, you're going to want to put this spice blend on everything. It's so delicious. And that's my point of view.
