Trace Minerals Liquid Ionic Vitamin D3

Hi, I'm Katie with WTI and my doctor told me that I needed to start taking vitamin D from September to April every single year. If I don't start taking it right in September, I noticed that my energy drops really low, really fast. I went with this brand Trace Minerals because it is a liquid form of vitamin D and it's so easy to take. It has a very, very mild citrus flavor and it does have an oil carrier. So you will notice that when you take the drops, it is a bit oily. And if you read on the label, there's an MCT oil. I really like being able to do the liquid drops as opposed to a capsule or a pill. And I can easily add it to a cup of coffee or a morning smoothie or even a glass of water if needed. There's a lot of options. I've been very happy with this brand of vitamin D and I will continue to take it.
