It is organic, natural, and completely free of formaldehyde and all the creepy things that some toothpaste could have. So it's good for me, but it also really whitens my teeth. Can you see? I mean, this stuff works well and I'm a coffee and wine drinker on occasion. It's very mild. My teeth can be sensitive. My enamel can be sensitive, but it doesn't hurt my gums or teeth. You can see it's a nice thick, typical toothpaste and it's nice minty fresh, but like I said, it uses natural ingredients to whiten and brighten your teeth and without all those harsh chemicals.
