Hi, this is Kendra with WTI. This is the Titan Fitness Reverse Hyper Extension Machine. So this thing is really awesome for a couple of reasons. First off, it gives you eight different adjustments for handholds here and they're in two inch increments. So you can change that on both sides as you need. You can do that really simply with just pulling out this thing and adjusting it in that way. Also, we've got this really nice vinyl topper here that makes it really comfortable when as you'll see in a second, your your stomach is really pressing into it. It comes with a strap as well here at the back that you will use to um on the back of your feet and it fits the Olympic size weights. So you can put as much weight as you want on either side of this. As you can see, I have a small weight for demonstration. Simply lift and lower. Lift and lower. It's a really great workout for your your glutes, for your hamstrings and it's really good because it decompresses your spine as well. So really nice workout on this machine and it's giving you as much comfort as possible as you're doing it. So we've really loved it and that's our point of view.
