Hi, this is Michael with WTI and today I want to talk to you about the last set of weights you will ever need to buy. This is my Titan adjustable kettlebell. I love it because instead of having to buy a 10 pound set of weights and 15 pound and 20 pound add-in for an item, I just had to buy this and I didn't have to blow thousands of dollars on weights and besides I live in a tiny apartment so I wouldn't even have had room for weights. So this thing is great. What exercises can you do on a kettlebell? Pretty much anything that you can do with free weights. Squats, single leg glute bridge raises, curling, pressing, pretty much anything. And I especially love the added advantage of a kettlebell because kettlebells have these loop handles so you can hook these up to weight belts if you are into weighted calisthenics. So they are great and they are super easy to adjust. It comes with this lock here on top. You just slide that over to one side, wait for the click and now it is ready to adjust. You can add or take away weights until it is just right for you. So once the plates are all in flush, then you can slide it over until you hear a click and now it is safe to use and you can go for it. So this is one of the best investments I ever made. So if you are thinking of getting into home fitness or starting a home gym, this is one of the best things that you can buy and that is my point of view.
