Throttle Body Carburetor Sync Tools

So the Digi Sync is a digital peaking manometer and this is for use with multi-cylinder engines that have individual carburetors or throttle bodies. This is a way to synchronize or balance them all to have optimal engine performance and this is a huge improvement over trying to do this manually if you've ever used needle gauges. You know that it is really tricky. This is the six channel version of this device but you can also get it in a two or a four channel. So this is surprisingly simple to use and all you need to do is attach the included hoses to the individual carburetors or to the throttle bodies and that's basically it. The kit comes with five and six millimeter adapters as well and replacement vacuum caps. Once you've got the hoses connected you're ready to get started. This is powered by a nine volt battery so it makes it very portable. It's also really lightweight and we used the magnets that are on the back to stick it to the gas tank to hold it steady while we took our measurements. So basically once you turn the device on it's going to calibrate with the engine off. Then when it's done it will tell you to go ahead and turn the engine on and within just a few seconds you have your readings. At that point you're ready to make the adjustments that you need to sync up all the numbers to match. So one of your carburetors will be non -adjustable and that's the number that you're trying to match with all the others. So taking the time to synchronize gives you so many benefits including better gas mileage, improved idling, smoother ride, improved performance, and power. There's just so many benefits and using the Digi -Sync makes it so easy that it's definitely worth it. And it very accurately and quickly measures those pressures so you can make the adjustments needed and have the very best engine running possible and that's my point of view.
