TheraBox - Slumber Self-Care Boxes

This one in particular is the SlumberBox. The things that come in this care package are absolutely amazing. It comes with such high quality products. I really appreciated the packaging in this box. The box is full of these beautiful little messages about self care and they are just so happy and encouraging and I think it was packaged with such love and care. You can really tell that this company cares about the people that are getting these packages. I love that this box came with this great little pamphlet that has such a beautiful little letter to the recipient. It talks about some of the things that are in the box and how to use them. It describes all of the items and where they came from. So if you absolutely love one of these items, you know how to get more for yourself. I think the biggest plus for me was that it came with a habit nest journal. I am a sucker for journals and this one is so great. It actually really tries to help you. If you're looking for a box of goodies that you can get for yourself or someone you love if you struggle with sleep or if you just want to find some new products in your life for the healthy sleep habits you already have, this SlumberBox and this SwimtheraBox is absolutely perfect for you and that is my point of view.
